In addition, students will be able to relish the flavor of research by taking up a research project related to reproductive biology.
In the field of Clinical Embryology and Preimplantation Genetics, the main goal of the course is to offer graduates in life sciences, medical sciences the opportunity to gain experience to undertake employment in laboratory management in Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART). This course covers highly advanced theoretical and practical understanding of human reproductive biology, embryology, infertility and assisted reproductive technology (ART) along with intensive ‘hands-on’ practical training in essential laboratory skills and the sophisticated gamete micromanipulation techniques associated with ART. In future, the increase in the incidence of infertility around the globe, there is a huge dearth of embryologists thus making it one of the highly sought after career option for life science and medical graduates and post graduates.
