Our fellowship programme strives to develop well-rounded fertility experts who are skilled in both surgery and clinical care and can treat even the most challenging instances of male and female infertility. With the global frequency of infertility increasing, there is a high demand for specialists trained in the sector to provide patients with evidence-based and high-quality therapies. The training is made to assist candidates in effectively managing infertility issues using the most recent and cutting-edge medical techniques. The training will be imparted to candidates by dedicated mentors with all-around experience in the field. The training will include case studies with treatment procedures imparted in an IVF setup. The candidate will further learn about advanced ART technologies and clinical embryology procedures. And also gain extensive experience through postings in various units.
Fellowship in Endogynecology will be awarded to a properly qualified gynaecologist who has completed further training in practical and evidence-based minimal access surgery procedures. By creating such educational courses, gynaecologists and residents will be well prepared to use minimally invasive surgery in their practises. Currently, there is a lack of well-structured and adequate educational programmes in endogynecological surgery. Minimal Access Surgery provides significant benefits to patients in terms of shorter recovery periods, less pain, less trauma, and shorter hospitalisations.
The goal of the post-doctoral Fellowship in high-risk pregnancy is to explore the complete spectrum of the difficulties in general obstetrics, including pregnancy-related illnesses, prenatal diagnoses, fetal disease, and labour and delivery management. To train a specialist in the maternal and fetal aspects of High-Risk Obstetrics with the skills and expertise to function as a consultant for general obstetricians and physicians from other disciplines that deal with complicated pregnancies. The clinical skills of history-taking, physical examination, laboratory test interpretation, ultrasound diagnosis, and genetics as applied to High-Risk obstetrics The ability to manage patients with complex medical and surgical diseases as well as patients with major obstetrical problems and fetal diseases and anomalies.
The candidate should have done a M.D., M.S., or D.N.B., in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. (University norms will be followed.)
The selection procedure is through a direct or online interview.
Seats will be allotted strictly based on the candidates' performance in the interview.
1 year (12 Months)
Post-Doctoral Fellowship certificates will be issued by the Tamil Nadu Dr. M. G. R Medical University.
